  Mary J. wrote: Horrible. Replaced furnace and AC after giving a very good estimate. Took forever to come back and fix issues with the AC unit. Would not return calls or texts. Cut wrong lines that won't allow other areas in my house to function. Called again several times, never returned calls. Very disappointing and very unprofessional! Still not fixed. Looks like only option is to file a claim.
