  I get help from the Red Cross. You can get 4 hours a month for cleaning house. $10,00 an hour. The helper for me comes every 2 weeks,wash floors,dusting ,wash toilet,whatever you ask them to do. Contact Red Cross Susan & or Ashley. 705-267-4900.

  Red Cross has Hot meals prepared locally and served daily to client in their home and Frozen Appetito meals that you can place an order and its delivered to client directly to their home. No cost for delivery. Call 705-267-4900 ext 213
