Design & Planning Services by professional architects. Once your Design has been fully approved with our Architects, they will apply for Planning Permission on your behalf with your local Planning authorities. Designs may require changes in some cases in order to obtain the necessary Planning permission required to complete the Home Improvement and Construction.
General Building by professional skilled Building Contractors and Tradesmen ensure a quality Construction of all Home Improvements and Property Refurbishment undertaken by Marjon Solutions, your Local General Builders. Our General Building and Construction services are your premier choice, no job is to big, or to small. from a complete House Build to Home Extensions, Loft Conversions, Garage Conversions, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Landscaping, Conservatories, Windows and Doors.
Kitchens Subject to a Free Site Survey and Estimate, we offer free Planning and Design services for all new Kitchens with or without goods. Costs of supply and installations of Kitchens will vary depending on the customer’s specifications of the Kitchen requested.
Bathrooms are also subject to a free Site Survey and Estimate, refurbishments of Bathrooms to the customers’ requirements and choice of Bathroom suite, along with any Plumbing and Tiling charges incurred.
New Windows & Door & Roofs provided in all designs, colours and sizes, to the customer’s specifications and available to suit the customer’s budgets. Skilled tradesmen provide efficient installations of all new Windows and Doors supplied.
