  I am looking for a locksmith who will cut and program a key fob for my Kia Sorento. I can order the fob. I want an extra one on hand, just in case. I just need someone to cut it and program it. Norwin Locksmith States on their website that they do perform this service, however when we called they said they do NOT do this. I have my title, insurance and registration papers if needed. The Kia dealer wants $459 + tax after quoting me $219 over the phone! I am looking for a reasonable price.
