Jen Stanbrough is a real estate Broker Associate and top producing agent in the Des Moines area. In fact, since obtaining her real estate license Jen has sold over $114 million of real estate & served over 600 clients.
Jen grew up in the small town of Bagley, Iowa & learned the joy of creating relationships through selling from her father, Jerry. After graduating from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, Jen relocated to Des Moines to begin her real estate career originating mortgages in 2001. Jen’s financing background has provided a foundation for her real estate career. She changed over to selling in 2005. Jen has worked every aspect of real estate representing sellers, buyers, builders, new construction, resales, first time home buyers to million dollar homes. She thrives on the diversity real estate provides.
In her practice of real estate, Jen is well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail, putting her client’s goals first, personal touches, skilled negotiations & going the extra mile to provide a positive experience for all parties in a transaction. She not only represents her clients to the best of her ability but educates them throughout every step of the process arming them with top notch information & market insight allowing them to make informed decisions.
