  http://www.pacificvision.org/ I had Dr. Faktorivich do me after glowing recommendations from 5+ friends. I ended up not eligible for LASIK (not enough cornea) but had PRK instead and now see 20/15. Would definitely do it again. More expensive than bargain places, but you're asking someone to put a laser in your eye so....

  http://www.pacificvision.org/. As Dru said, was back at work the same day. Procedure took 2 mins, recovery 4 hours, vision 20/20. Best decision ever. Overall improved eye health. Happy to give more details, but highly recommend the doctor. She does the 49 ers eyes too!
