Having been a top producing agent for the Del Webb/ Pulte Corporation, she founded the company with the commitment to working exclusively with the active 55 market. In 2011, the Carolan Properties Joined forces with Keller Williams Realty, the largest brokerage in Placer County. This partnership has allowed them to remain a boutique firm but have all the benefits of a national company of their clients.
