  Slept wrong last night and a muscle on the upper left side of my back/neck is killing me. I thought I stretched it out yesterday but now it seems worse. It is not spasming but I'm in serious pain. Who can recommend a good massage therapist who might be available on short notice? I prefer to go through a good referral rather than the yellow pages or web. I got one phone call into someone good, but they have not responded and I'm hurting! :-(
