DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS
Cheeesy Pops’ Pizza is a premier fully-functional pizza food truck, serving a quality product to a discerning public. To accomplish this, they look to set up, prepare and produce quality pizzas, salads and desserts to a diverse clientele, moving from place to place each day, finding the best reception for their product for breakfast, lunch or dinner, depending on demand. Catering and events will fill out a full work-week, driving the profits to make this endeavor successful.
Various audiences will be exposed to Cheeesy Pops’ Pizza, as the truck moves all across Greater Kansas City. Depending on their meal times; office building employees, construction crews, shoppers, art lovers and festival goers are all potential lovers of the Cheeesy Pops’ Pizza menu. There are multiple food trucks out there, proving the existence of a market, but no full-service pizza truck competition is currently operating in Kansas City.

Pops and Madre creates the Cheeesy Pops’ Pizza experience – fast, local, superior quality and unique pizza topping combinations drowning in rich, cheeesy goodness on a rustic or artisan canvas of crust and cooked in a wood fired pizza oven for our foodie family friends, to indulge and enjoy. Anywhere! Anytime!
Vision Statement:
Cheeesy Pops’ Pizza will begin operation in the spring of 2015. The owners plan to establish a local circuit covering the greater Kansas City Metropolitan area. A combination of specific venues, local event, fairs, and festivals will make up the schedule of activities for daily operations. Plans will be to operate Cheese Pops’ Pizza for a minimum of thirty weeks. In addition, the marketing campaign will include catering services. During the second year of operations, the goal is to schedule at least one catering job per week in addition to the food truck circuit. For year three of operations, the owners will continue to increase catering jobs, and continue... show more the regular circuit. In addition will begin to explore and participate in venues outside of state boundaries. During year four the owners will begin to evaluate the possibilities of expanding operations to possibly include a second truck or a brick and mortar restaurant.
