They have had you out many time with great service each time. Unfortunately, their neighbor had their A/C unit replaced by (Affordable Comfort) and they followed. Big mistake due to the fact that they either never checked under house or ignored shredded venting. My parents are in their 80's and just after a 1 year from install venting ripped apart and house was at 98. Affordable Comfort would not responds to calls, emails or texts for 2 weeks from my parents, myself and my brother (we live in IL). I called Penguin Air and they responded the very next day (Labor Day), With a temporary fix until they could return with material needed. The house did cool about 10 decrees better but still not were it was before install. Called back on Saturday and Gabriel was back out next day (Sunday). This time he was able to get behind smallest part of crawl to find what was connected on one side was not connected on the other side, causing 50% less pressure and fixed it at a lower cost then what was expected. This Company is trust worthy, straight forward, cares about their customer, responds in a timely manner and fairly priced!! Jessica handled about 4 or 5 calls for me, she is very professional, caring, got the answers I needed and a true asset to this company for sure!
