  Allison G. wrote: I have been in contact regarding people about my $65 refund and no one has responded in a professional manner. I understand that they are aware that I no longer have interest in getting service from them but that is no reason to disrespect someone who they have taken money from which in fact will make me a customer. The representative I spoke with did not inform me that the $65 deposit is non refundable before taking my payment. I tried to get help regarding this and the manager I spoke with said that he listened to the call this is not true because I know that if that rep had told me it was non refundable I would not have paid the $65 he gave me a call back 5 minutes later and said he wasn’t refunding me. I asked at which point in the conversation did the rep advise me that the $65 was refundable he proceeded to say that he is not going back and forward with me and ended the call.
