About us
I am an Ivy League educated patent attorney who\'s licensed in both Israel and the USA. Rather than pay for a fancy office in Tel Aviv or Manhattan, I maintain low overhead and pass the savings on to my clients. I work for both inventors and companies as well as investors (i.e. patent due diligence). My services include prior art searching; preparation of patentability opinions; preparation of patent applications and patent prosecution before the US and Israel patent offices; freedom to operate (i.e. non-infringement) and patent invalidity opinions; recording patent assignments; and serving as a consulting expert for US litigation counsel on matters of Israel patent law.
