About us
Foxy Coffee Co. is a family run business. We are a husband & wife coffee duo. We both have our own experience in the coffee industry, but collaboratively we've worked in the industry for 10+ years. We've worked as baristas, managers, shop owner, coffee educators, & most recently as coffee roasters. We've been roasting coffee since 2014 when we opened our small roastery in San Diego.
Life happens, & we ended up moving to the Pacific Northwest at the end of March in 2016. We love it here and are excited to be part of the flourishing coffee culture here.
We are passionate about people and coffee, in that order. We have a set of beliefs we based our business off of. We aren't in the business to make a lot of money and bigger walls, we're here to build a bigger table & to be as generous as is sustainably possible.
