  Lawrence L. wrote: Excellent work done by a licensed plumber. Prior plumber (really, a 19 year old dolt from another East Brunswick plumbing operation using a first name) wanted to cut into basement wall and get to pipe. Claimed it was congealed fat, which was not true. Dave saw and fixed badly done prior work under sink and the problem was fixed. No congealed fat.
