  Who is. A good neurologist in Idaho falls. I was in a really bad car wreak in October of last year. They had to replace a disk, ishattered it. So I now have a bracket/leggo and a plate in my neck. I have a lot of pain/numbness/ tingling, like going to sleep, in both arms and neck pain all the time. Only been to the clinic here in pocatello and all they do is put me on more meds. Now the back of my neck is swollen where they replaced the disk. I need to see someone who can fix this. Not just cover it up with pain pills.
