  We bought a new central air unit last spring and I called around to several companies to get quotes. I ended up talking to a salesman from a Madison company and he actually had good things to say about one of his competitors. Dennis from Adjustable Heating and Cooling (608-347-7959) came and put our central air unit in and no worries, good price. The company you pick will be the company that provides warranty service on your unit. So pick wisely(Indiana Jones Holy Grail Knight voice). I have also had Pharo out to the house for a quick check up on the furnace too but they came in on a quote for $600 more than I paid for my new central air unit.
