John Hopps has been brewing professionally for 15 years, and has wanted to own his own place for years.
We are excited to announce the upcoming opening of Pit Stop Bottle Shop in Burien. We will be selling bottled beer retail, with up to 16 beers on top for growler fills. We are going to focus heavily on promoting small NW brewery's by showcasing their beers at our establishment.
