About us
Lighthouse Window Cleaning is a friendly and reliable window cleaning service. We favour the purified water fed pole system and have recently invested in brand new equipment to ensure we provide an excellent clean every time. We offer obligation free estimates. One-off cleans and insides cleans are welcome.
The water we use has to be 100% pure for us to be able to clean with. The process we use to filter the water is Reverse Osmosis. We take normal tap water and pass it through our four stage filter system to remove all the Minerals, Salt, Metals, and Chemicals etc.
This makes our water 300 times cleaner than your tap water and 30 times cleaner than any bottled water.
Pure water is very aggressive by nature and is an excellent cleaning agent and will simply absorb and rinse away the dirt.
H20 is not a solid and cannot exist naturally so it will eventually evaporate into a gas back up into the atmosphere as it does in its natural environment.
The system we use to clean with is called the water fed pole system.
From the tank in our system, the water is pumped up through lightweight telescopic poles. These can reach up to 45'ft in height and access awkward and hard to reach windows, in a safe manner for the operative and persons in their working environment.
At the end of the pole are specifically designed brushes that have two fine holes within the brush head that jet the water onto the glass. They have specially designed mono filament bristles that gently loosen the dirt, without it absorbing into the brush head thus allowing the dirt to be rinsed away naturally.
Once we have finished our cleaning process and removed all impurities off the surface, our final rinse is just H2O nothing else is left on the surface which will evaporate into a gas leaving the window to dry crystal clear.
