  If 3 k is your budget, Check out Hornings Hideout in North Plains IF your looking for an outside venue. Location would run appx. 1 k, leaving you 2 k for catering, drinks, etc. My wife and I were married there, they also have a population of 100+ peacocks that roam the grounds freely, a beautiful lake, covered stage area.....
