Requirements-licensed & Insured: AC person who can replace two AC's & handler Someone who can replace hot water heater and toilet Someone who can do roof repair work & skylight repair Electrician who can replace two electrical panels and a few outlets/fixtures. Someone who does Chimney repair If one company/person can do it all, that would be a plus!
