This place is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONALL business that I have ever dealt with!! 1st I went in to a "friend" Sara Halford to get an Ombrè. Keep in mind my hair went to my butt. I told her that I used Dove shampoo because it smelt amazing and I had also told her I was nervous because 10+ years ago someone had burnt my hair before.. I also told her that I previously had an Ombrè but it had all grown out and all that was left was a little bit of blonde on the ends.. So Sarah Holford put bleach on my hair and put a timer on for 30 minutes and left to go and get lunch. By the time the timer had reached 15 minutes it was hotter than an iron and it was starting to smoke. She still made me pay $80 and she tried to trim it. Not to mention in the middle of her doing my hair she had me sign a waiver.. what it said specifically idk. She was a friend I trusted her.. Well long story short, 15+inches where burnt off and when I wrote a Facebook review the company A Wicked sensation lashed out at me and told me that it was my fault because I lied to Sara and "I wasn't honest with what I told her about my hair" now they are claiming that I came in with box dye in my hair and I needed it fixed.. That's an absolute LIE! I haven't used box dye since I was in Jr high. When I left the review they responded lashing out and calling names and then blocked me being able to respond. I WOULD NEVER TELL MY WORST ENEMY TO GO TO A WICKED SENSATION. Also keep in mind it's a TATTOO AND HAIR SHOP ALL IN ONE!!! EEEEEEEKK

Okay this was just a terrible place to go for body piercings. If you are in the market, I highly recommend going somewhere refutable like Koi or Iris. I know I'll certainly never stray away from them again. Here's why. So I went in and got my industrial pierced on one side, and my daith and conch pierced on the other. Everything with the industrial seemed great until several weeks later I noticed it won't heal and there is too much pressure from the jewelery in it. So this guy who pierced me made the amateur mistake of putting too small of jewelry in!!! Literally. You can see my ear indenting because it is too tight, and this is after the initial swelling of a new piercing has died down, which means it was wayyyy too tight in the very beginning. I recently went back in to see if they would put the correct size in for me for free. Nope. They refused. The lady I talked to even admitted it was visibly too small, and proceeded to NOT RECTIFY THE SITUATION. She even went so far as to be blatantly rude to me. She said "So you expect the money for the jewelry to come out of our pocket?" Of course I said yes. I told her THE JOB SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND THAT I SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING THE SCREW UP OF A "PROFESSIONAL" PIERCER. I had to leave because I was going to tear her up if I didn't. So let's move on to the next problem I had. This just implies to me that their piercer Tyson has no idea what he is doing. He pierced my daith and then I had to sit on his table for LONGER THAN 30 MINUTES while he attempted to get ONE single ball on to my piercing. Are you kidding me? But wait. It gets EVEN BETTER! This idiot then dropped the ball to my jewelry and tried to send me home like that because he didn't have any others in the common size of 16G??? He said to come back in a couple days and he would put some in, at which point I wound up providing my own jewelry and was still charged full price after sitting there for almost an hour for one piercing. If I wait a couple days the jewelry will mostly likely come out and that is common sense! Not to mention I wasn't even slightly impressed with their sanitation and sterilization process. I gave him an eyebrow ring that had been floating around in my purse to put in my daith since he lost the only one he had and all he did was spray it once with some stuff. I've always gone to Iris where they pride themselves on their hygiene practices for piercing, so maybe that is what to expect in a small time place with a seemingly untrained piercer. I literally have done a better job in my high school bathroom piercing myself when I was younger. Never again will that place get my money and I hope you boycott them as far as piercings go too, at the very least. So their customer service is terrible. The woman I talked to was absolutely useless and rude. Their piercer is incompetent. An amateur at best. He is obviously not ready to be doing less than basic piercings.

Johnny has to be my favorite artist. I had a tattoo done from home and it turned out really crappy and I hated it. He gave me a wicked deal to fix it up and I've been going to him ever since. He is amazing ask for Johnny!!

Shannon designed a cover up over an old, dark, tribal tatoo, some of it free handed. It turned out beautiful! Clean shop with very friendly staff. I send all my friends & family.

I got a tattoo from Beth here at wicked. My sister's also got the same tattoos. It was for one of my sister's birthday. My little sister went first and it turned out to be perfect. Unfortunately the tattoos seemed to suck more and more with every person. Mine really isn't that bad but in order for me to get it fixed or finished (like highlights or even semi good looking wings on my butterfly.) I have to pay extra for what's called a touch up. I was under the impression ( this being my first tattoo at a shop) that I would be happy about this. By the end of our visit Beth wanted us to purchase a care kit for our tattoos, we did. After using it the first night my arm has turned red, swollen and it's really hurting and hot. I didn't experience this with my other tattoos. I got it Sunday and it's still hurting really bad and it's really inflamed. A lot of color was coming off. It turns out that the kit Beth sold me consists of lotion, soap and tattoo gel. The soap not only had fragrance but also citric acid and alcohol. The lotion has fragrances and alcohol. My tattoo looks terrible, feels terrible and I trusted that these people would know how to clean and care for your tattoos. Now I have to either pay her more to finish it or I have to have someone else fix it. As for the business. All you smell is marijuana in the whole place because all of the artists smoke weed in the back room. I'm very upset about how unproffesional this place is. I don't care if you smoke weed but don't fucking do it at work. Really.

most awful cut in my entire life, not only did the do a horrible job, but refused to refund my money, and threatened if i came in, she would call the police...so I'm out what I paid her, and I have to pay someone else to fix this nightmare...it looks like a 4yr old cut it!
