They are not trustworthy!!! Or simply purchase elsewhere, they do not back their own work. Poor quality control and poor customer service. I now have a $350 bill from an electrician because their connectors blew out 4 of my outlets (without tripping breaker = outlets needs total replace). I contacted the Reptile Supply Co and they couldn’t offer me any help or even a “sorry” as their 30 day warranty ISN’T on heat tape. What a joke. No care that 5 enclosures are without heat/that my pets may die; or ya know the small loan I’ll have to take out to fix my home. I also just find it ironic how NO WHERE you can leave reviews! Not on their website for the actual products, nor on their Facebook Account (which most businesses allow you to rate/review). BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Don’t trust anywhere where they block ALL customers from OPENLY leaving feedback on their products/services, and only post hand picked (supposed) positive excerpts on their website.Was this review helpful to you? -
