He was not the cheapest, but I hired him for the following reasons: They estimate was every complete, down to the depth and quality of the cement, came out to the job sight and went over the scope of the work, coordinated replacing the sewer line and was the only one that did not require a down payment. His office staff person is a peach. She did a great job of getting answers to my questions, when the owner was not available. I have hired contractors over the years for different jobs. Without question, I would hire this firm again.
