We absolutely LOVE where we are blessed to live and serve. We serve the towns of Gardnerville, Genoa, and Minden, collectively known as the Carson Valley, as well as Carson City, south Reno, Smith Valley, Topaz, AND beautiful Lake Tahoe.

For the person looking for a short-sale agent, I have a 100% closing rate with short sales. That was when the market was saturated with them and no one, including the lenders, knew what to do. There is lots of paperwork needed from the seller and approval to proceed with a short sale prior to putting in on the MLS.
