Hi all! I need a plumber to please come and give me a written estimate for plumbing issues from our 1/2 bath. I need it for my landlord. We had roto rooter come out the other day and they told us it would cost us $340 just to look at the toilet, and also tried to charge us $125 service fee, although they told us the estimate was free over the phone.
