Hello! Our names are Kheliy Truong and Victor Truong. We are brother and sister belonging to a huge family with Nails technology background. We are the founders of VICTORious Nails by Kheliy. As salon owners in this industry, we know that you have many options out there when it comes to meeting your beauty needs, but the one thing that you may not find, in other places that provide the same kind of services, is the quality and dedication we offer in an all-encompassing, professional, and friendly environment.
The goal of this salon is to provide you with “one stop shopping” in the form of services provided, and we will strive in every way to win your loyalty, confidence, and trust. We have teamed up in order to offer you a varied and enhanced experience that keeps you coming back.
Our salon is one of the greatest places to get full service with vast experience in the industry. We know what it takes to establish pride and commitment. We are dedicated to what we do and we enjoy every moment of it! We especially enjoy doing wildly creative, never seen before nail designs for special occasions or just desire to impress! We love helping customers flaunt their hands with those nails and we proudly stand by our work with confidence knowing word of mouth is the biggest honor.
I, Kheliy, have been a licensed cosmetologist for over 14 years. I focus on the Nail Technology and Make-Up side. I am licensed in 6 states and I have a high education in both of these areas. I took first in the state of Missouri for VICA (Vocational Industrial Clubs of America) Skills Competition for Nails in 1998 and received the honor of Gold Medal and a scholarship in nails. From there, I continued on with my education from trainers and educators. Five years later, I went out on my own.
