  Does anyone know who the property manager for The Café - San Francisco and Bisou Bistro in the Castro is? The city can't seem to track him down for me and his building needs some HVAC work so that the ventilation fan will stop its incessant squeaking in the lovely San Francisco winds coming down from Twin Peaks. It has become the migraine-inducing background noise of my home office.

  If the employees can't tell you, and you can't find other means, try the Community Boards (neighborhood mediation and conflict resolution), http://communityboards.org/, they might have resources to track down property managers.

  I just finished my 40 hour conflict mediation training with Community Boards today. Incredibly impressed with the content, and the trainers were amazing. I highly recommend it. SEEDS in the east bay does similar work but I don't have experience with them yet. Happy to discuss more. www.communityboards.org
