    need recommendation for mortgage broker or lender... low rate is the ONLY concern getting ready to buy a house. i have good credit, good savings and decent salary. went to regions to a lender my realtor sent me to and got a rate of 4.5. was higher than i expected. want to make sure i'm getting a great rate. any recommendations? brokers welcome
