We got bids last year to rip our whole deck off and redo it...not sure if I want to call those guys or go with someone else. I need someone who doesn't just do it on weekends when they feel like it in their spare time--I have to have it done by June and done professionally. Suggestions? I have heard so many nightmare stories of people taking the money and skipping town, and the bids I got ranged from $10,000 to $40,000 so, I don't want this to be one of those situations.
