  I'm a mobile vet so could come straight to you (vetaroundtown.com) and I love managing diabetics. But if you're looking for a boarded specialist I'd recommend Dr Duffy at Austin Vet Emergency and Specialty at 2222 & 360. She's an internal medicine specialist (really really great with diabetes) and is an incredibly smart, awesome person. Good luck!!
