  A+ Roofing & Masonry (http://www.aplusroofingmasonry.ca/) was great, we had a bunch of quotes & they were the only one that correctly quoted the job (i.e., required inserts, materials, etc). No BS in the end either, done on time. Quotes ranged all over the place too as others said. A+ was in the reasonable ballpark, not the cheapest but hit all the right notes. Be aware too you can check people's WETT certification status online. Many people claimed to have it but was expired/didn't show up. You can also check if people have red seal like they claim too. Ultimately if people are cutting corners with obvious stuff you can verify easily I'm uneasy with stuff I can't verify as well.

  I used these guys to get my chimney re-done just last week! http://www.aplusroofingmasonry.ca/ I internet messaged like 4 people for quotes and he was the only one who gave me one, and I didn't even need to be home. When I called him to have the work done he said it woudl be a could of weeks, and was done less than two weeks later. He's a bit non-communicative and vague but he's quick, friedly, efficient and the prices are pretty good.
