(I'm 25). That, combined (or caused by) my very flat arch, has made activities like street running, or long-distance hiking to be very painful, if not impossible. Further, I get some back pain pretty regularly. I'm trying to find a physical therapist (if that's the right answer) or a doctor that can help me establish a program that will get me on the right track towards being able to street run and backpack long distances. I've also heard some things about the feldenkrais method? Thanks for any input!
