About us

The Slinky Fox produces mouth watering Artisan Wood-Fired Pizzas. We use authentic Italian ingredients because maintaining Italian traditions is at the heart of what we do. We combine delicious heritage ingredients for all our bases, such as Caputo Tip '00' Pizza Flour for our dough, San Marzano Tomatoes to gain depth of flavour in our tomato sauce and Fior Di Latte Mozzarella. We source all the ingredients for our toppings from local suppliers in the South West. So think Neapolitan with room for debate, in order to keep Neopolitan purists on side. We slowly ferment our dough and hand make each pizza to order. The Pizzas are cooked in our Phoenix Plus Wood-Fired oven, which gives them their unique flavour.
