One of the oldest and most historic agricultural farms in South Africa, Lourensford Wine Estate is rich in history and heritage and boasts with one of the most advanced and sophisticated wine cellars in the Southern hemisphere.
Apart from the 135 hectares of superior vineyards, the Estate produces and exports a variety of fruit on a large scale, and is well known for cultivating trout. With pine plantations spanning approximately 900 hectares, covering the mountain slopes and the emphasis that is placed on the conservation of its exceptional biodiversity and rich flora heritage, the photographic opportunities are endless on this 4,000 hectare Estate.
