  Desperately need to find an affordable, reliable and honest Mechanic... ASAP Work as a school crossing guard and must have my vehicle to get to work ... also my income is very small. First I need to find out what needs to be done to get it running better and get it smogged ... Is there anyone who can give me a free estimate of what needs to be fixed? and then work will have to be spread out depending on whats needed first and expense I have to gather for repairs.

  My husband runs Brothers Muffler (909-829-1202 off of Sierra, just south of Foothill). He can diagnose your car for free. He'll let you know where to go from there. If you're having issues passing smog, the most common issue is your catalytic converter. Feel free to call or go in. He opens the shop 7 days a week and I'm sure he can work w your schedule.
