I have been a travel agent for over 14 years. I am an independent agent for Travel Masters whose head quarters are in Vancouver. I have traveled to over 60 countries so far and am able to provide real life advice to travelers who wish to see the world.

Unfortunately, they've had less than acceptable customer service from AMA (they had them visiting places in Europe they never requested, trying to hit the whole budget) and the next travel agent kept pushing back the appointment, wasting their time. If anyone can please recommend a travel agent they've had positive experiences with in Calgary, or who you used to go to Africa for a luxury safari, please let me know. My parents aren't difficult people, they're super lovely and want to live out their dream. Thanks in advance!
