About us
Hi, I'm Alice! I'm so excited for the opportunity to make delicious, beautiful and custom handcrafted baked goods for you!
I have always had a passion for creating beautiful things, be it crafts, sewing, knitting, crocheting, decorating, painting, and yes, FOOD! When I was 11 I started experimenting with ingredients in the pantry, nothing edible lol, but enjoyed the process. In middle school Home Ec is when I started to learn about cooking and baking. It's a shame that kids don't have the same opportunity today.
My high school was part of a pilot program which built a fully functioning restaurant and commercial kitchen complete with a world renowned French chef as our teacher. After much convincing, I finally got my mom to enroll me in a 2 year program. This is where I learned the art of cooking, baking and running a restaurant. It is where I learned the skills of becoming a chef and my passion blossomed!
Over the past 30+ years I have enjoyed cooking and baking for my family, friends and clients, creating happiness with every bite!
