About us
Hi, my name is Ainslee, mum of two and addicted to crafting. As so many other mums do I decided to take my hobby to the next level and start making things for others, so IzzyMax Designs was born.
IzzyMax designs is here to provide you with bespoke and unique vinyl tshirts and other accessories. I have a range of designs available that have already been created and can be personalised to your needs, or I can create a design to your specifications.
As a work at home parent who runs things around her children, I'm afraid I can't match the prices and speed of some of the bigger retailers and ebay suppliers out there. But what I do offer is great customer service and individual designs tailored specifically to your needs. If you're after something specific or a one of a kind design, then I'm your lady!

Applying vinyl to items supplied by customer
Kids tshirt/bodysuit

Adult t-shirts and other designs up to 12 x 12 inch
single colour - £8.00

PAYMENT
I take payment via paypal, cash or bank transfer. Payment will be requested in advance of the order being made. In the case of large orders or designs requiring significant design time I reserve the right to request a deposit prior to developing or designing a proof of design.
POSTAGE
I charge actual cost of postage (usually via royal mail) plus 20p to cover packaging, fuel etc. Any order with a value greater than £20 will be sent signed... show more for.
REFUND POLICY
As items are custom made and personalised returns are not accepted. However, should you find a fault with an item then, consistent with your statutory rights, please contact me and I will arrange for a repair or replacement.
OWNERSHIP OF DESIGNS
I retain ownership and copyright of all designs created by me for customers and reserve the right to recreate those designs for future customers. Should you wish to ensure your requested design is a true, unique one-off I would be willing to transfer ownership of that design to the customer in exchange for a fee.
FAQs
How long will my order take?
My normal turn around time is 2 weeks from receipt of payment and/or when the final design is agreed with me (whichever is the latter). As a small at home business I hold a very limited amount of stock, which means I may need to source specific supplies (e.g. tshirt) to complete your order. Where I do have items in stock then the turnaround time will often be less.
In certain circumstances I may be able to do a rush order, however this may come with an additional fee. Please contact me to discuss.
Can you put vinyl on a tshirt/bag/cushion etc if I supply it?
Yes, I’m happy to apply a vinyl transfer for you. Generally cotton and polyester fabrics will work well however, some materials such as nylon, rayon and viscose are unable to withstand the heat used to apply vinyl transfers. As a basic rule, if the item can withstand the cotton setting on a domestic iron without melting then it will be possible to apply vinyl to it.
Please note that while mistakes are extremely rare, they can happen, so its best to avoid providing items that are of sentimental, special or high value. In the rare case where a mistake occurs I will cover the cost of replacing the item up to the value of £10.
Do you sell transfers I can apply myself?
I generally prefer to apply vinyls myself using a heat press. This way I know you are receiving a good quality product that will last through multiple washes. While transfers can be applied with a domestic iron, the results can sometimes be temperamental. A heat press is recommended as it can achieve an accurate preset temperature and pressure. Should you wish to order a transfer to apply yourself, I can do this and provide detailed instructions. However, for the reasons given above I am unable to guarantee a quality application.
If you would like to order a vinyl transfer, prices will vary depending on the size, detail and number of colours in the design. Please contact me for further information.
Self portrait items – what sort of pictures can you do?
Monochrome (e.g. black and white) images with solid, clear lines work best. Please try to use a thick marker to get a good solid line. Thin, patchy or dry marker lines do not always transfer well.
How should I wash items that have had vinyl applied?
Vinyl clothing and other items should be wash inside out, at 40 degrees and line dried. When pressing iron on the wrong side of the fabric. Tumble drying is not recommended.
Do you provide discounts for large/multiple orders?
Yes. Orders for more than 2 items involving a single design (e.g. the same team logo on 3 hoodies) will attract a discount. Please contact me for details.
