She didn't capture the most important moments to me first of all which is me and my dad walking down the aisle front view I only have back pictures, I don't have pictures of my husband and I dancing with our parents! She said he memory card malfunctioned and the other photographer was on a break. Yeah take a break but not when important moments are going on. I do not understand why she thinks I should be okay with how everything turned out. I had to take over because she had no idea what she was doing. After the ceremony we took pictures up at the alter and she did not guide us one bit, I was the one figuring out who was going next. And I kept asking "are we centered"? And in a lot of the pictures there are more people on one side than the other and we are not centered! A lot of the pictures are blurry and it looks like they were taken from a cell phone. I am so disappointed, upset, and sick to my stomach with my experience with her! I am so upset with my pictures and I wish I spent the money on a more professional photographer who knew what they were doing. She was 30 minutes late to the church which put everything behind. I was stressed out because I was worried the entire time I wasn't going to get the shots that I have been dreaming of for my wedding day! And I still didn't get the shots I dreamed of. Everything was rushed and very unorganized. I didn't even get a shot of the sets of our rings which is a normal shot you get. I am extremely disappointed on how everything turned out. When she told me all my pictures are uploaded I was so excited to see them all! While looking through them I do not see any pictures of my husband and I dancing with our parents. I ask her about them and she said "my memory card malfunctioned and she had to toss it in the trash." She didn't even care to tell me about it, I had to ask her to about it and that's what she tells me. She expects me to be okay with it and of course I wasn't, I was so hurt and upset. She went on saying "I was a bridezilla, I acted childish, and a girl that threw tantrums that is always use to getting her way". Who says this to someone that just messed up her pictures! I was so upset with what she said and that is not okay to say! I was the happiest I have ever been on my wedding day so throwing a tantrum did not happen! I was care free that day and I cannot believe she said that to me! Someone who paid for a service who was upset she didn't get pictures of her and dad dancing together! I did not receive a sincere apology at all. She or th blame on me and did not even offer anything to me. I had to demand all of pictures because I was missing so much and I am taking them else where to be edited. She did not take ownership for her mistakes which a professional should do. I got bashed, and blamed on and treated like cramp from her. She is no where near professional and sure didn't act like it. BRIDES please spend your money on a professional, good photographer. I cannot stress on how important that is. I cannot go back but you can make that decision now. Do not go cheap on a photographer because it is not worth a penny especially from Kelli stines! Please take my advice because you will regret it I promise you that! I have never had such a horrible experience with someone and have someone talk to me the way she did. She does not deserve to have a business and take pictures of brides on such a beautiful important day.
