I can't stand calling the one we have and never getting a hold of someone, heaven forbid we ever NEED them, we couldn't get a hold of them.... Who BESIDES Germania is a good place to go through for insurance. Germania is who we have now and I do not want to deal with the no answering call or returning calls a couple days later anymore. I'm not opposed to an independent insurance company that can shop for the best deal and value.
