  I replied to your post in /r/KingstonOntario, but in case you don't see it: I'm not sure of any bakeries that deliver in Kingston, but getting a delivery company to pick up and deliver a cake may be an option! My sister once had a DQ blizzard delivered to my student house when I was feeling down. I'm pretty sure she used Princess Delivery: http://princessdelivery.com. It looks like you can email in a delivery request, so you could avoid the long distance call from Australia! The DQ on Princess Street is very close to most student houses and they have cakes! Hope this helps :)
