About us
Founder and Owner, Bryan Paavilainen has been in the carpentry business since 2001, straight out of high school. He knew early on that he had a passion for perfection and what better way to fulfill his passion than by doing custom carpentry work. He was born and raised in Northern Illinois. He lived in Southern Wisconsin for one year before deciding in April of 2014 to move his family down to sunny Florida. Upon moving to Florida, Bryan quickly realized the need for good quality carpenters, he grew of tired of hearing home owner horror stories from shady remodel contractors. Frustrated with the lack of quality in the Tampa Bay area, Bryan began his own company, thus Paav Home Improvements was born. His Midwestern roots and family history in the carpentry industry provide him an affable disposition and professional pride with any project. He applies the Golden Rule to his work; treating his clients like he would want his family treated. Bryan has no criminal record, a rarity in his profession and often overlooked by home owners in the bidding process. Bryan has a eye for detail and a strong work ethic. He loves nothing more than perfection and a satisfied customer at the end of each day. Bryan is very much a people person and with him in charge of your job, you can expect excellent customer service as well as a finished product that is guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations!

He removed my old TV and was mounting new one when he realized the new mount was broken. So he moved on to tv2 and said he'd come back to do first TV with new mount. Well, mount for tv2 was too small said he. He was here for about 3 hours, and left with half the money agreed upon and was to return today. His "truck broke down" and was intermittently responsive. He did not contact me when his car died; I contacted him. He won't commit to a date to come back (I wanted tomorrow morning) because he doesn't know when truck will be fixed. I shouldn't have paid him anything but he was here a long time and not his fault. I think he's blowing me off now. Do you? Anyone have a trustworthy referral that is reasonably priced?
