  Just a point in reference to the 'doesn't cost the earth'. Dirt cheap doesn't always mean best all in quality, hygiene, insurance, etc. Just a warning as I increasingly see local painters charging £20 or £30 for two hour parties which is ridiculous really. Especially when you consider the costs involved and people also wanting to make a living out of it. If you're going to go 'cheap' then make sure the painter is insured and clued up on hygiene, and ask to see some examples of their person work first. I myself can offer the highest quality professional face painting and standards and charge at the lower end of professional rates.
