We are thinking of building our own home, but we are a little nervous as we have heard that there are some 'bad builders' out there who don't do a very good job &/or don't rectify the defects. So, I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations of a good builder (we are planning to build Northern Gold Coast) I have looked at 'Hallmark Homes'. Has anyone used these before? Or used a company that they have been really pleased with? Thank you

  I do fibre connection work on all the different new homes in northern GC, and see all the different standards, however one builder who stands out for me for poor quality is Choice homes, I think they only do high density homes?, however do not risk anything from them, other than that I think it can be hit and miss, as they are all flat out at the mo, and things get rushed, and that is where things go wrong?
