The places always looked packed and the people are the thin glam type which would make me feel even more conscious!!! I need to spice up my training..... anyway I can get the f45 training schedule so I can do it at home or does anyone have any other suggestions apart from personal training? Any f45 gyms that are not busy or gyms that are not pretentious that does a similar program? I need to do something soon.
