  Waxhaw Friends. I need garage door help. I had a new door installed a year ago and now the tension cables have come lose. There is no damage or issue with the door. They do not warranty this and now want $250 to retention the door. This is a labor only charge. Unreal. Does ANYONE recommend a company that is honest and reasonable. This seems like an easy job. PLEASE help! Thanks

  cox door 704.821.8898. They were just fixing my neighbors door for this very thing last Thursday. Also, they will check with the manufacture for their warranty. This would be completely separate of your installation company. Cox installed most doors in our hood 6 - 7 years ago. They have never failed us.
