  Looking for recommendations of an accountant. We have several small businesses including a small scale farm operation and we would like to go over our books with someone before the end of the calendar year to sort things out. We already have a bookkeeper. What we're really looking for is tax / legal structure advice on how we treat our various companies, whether there are any tax advantages to making any large capital purchases before the end of the year, etc.
