Brooke L. asked:I have to give a shout out to Jason Cornelison for a job well done on painting my walls this past week! He did it quickly and for a very fair price and was a pleasure to deal with! Though I have already moved to Atlanta and haven't seen it in person, my real estate agent and my friend who has been cleaning both say it looks GREAT! Carpet is supposed to go in on Wednesday, and then it goes on the market. So...if anyone is looking for a 2/2 duplex (1180 sq ft!) for under $100K, fenced yard, and no HOA, let me know and I'll get you in touch with Jenny, my agent. I lived there for 7+ years, and she lived next door for most of that time, so she can attest to the neighborhood and great neighbors. :) (Though some very UN-hip person decided to steal my beautiful flowers from the flower bed the other day...NOT COOL! :( ) And if you need painting done, get in touch with Jason! He's even fixing a couple of other things for me. Now, I'm just praying for a quick sale!
