About us
I'm a self taught photographer based in Chicago, but my natural habitat is in the forests of Northern Michigan. I come from a long line of MSU Spartans, I hate wine and am married to a sommelier, and I have an adorable dog child named Oliver.
I'm a hippy realist. I believe in art and trusting my gut but I'll never compromise technique. Almost every aspect of my job is an adventure and I can't wait to share that with you. I'm humbled and honored everyday to photograph first days of life, proposals, vows, family milestones and cozy everyday snuggles.
Between Pinterest and Instagram it's easy to get distracted from the real reason we take photos - to remember a feeling. I want to create images that YOU think are beautiful. I want to listen to your stories, and find the small beautiful moments that give you goosebumps.
