I'm currently looking in the Kirkwood, Ormewood, East Atlanta area, but I'm also interested in West-side neighborhoods connecting near I-285 south of Vinings. Budget is $200k-300k and looking for preferably 2/1, 2/2, or 3/2 SFR with a backyard for my dog. I realize that this time of the year is a seller's market frenzy and that homes are going extremely quickly; however, I'd like to get a bit more exposure to the current market conditions to these areas.
